Senior Technology Strategist Role

This role involves enabling end-to-end operations with technology and Artificial Intelligence to improve customer experiences and staff effectiveness. You'll partner with operational functions like Sales, Support, Marketing, Finance, and People to understand their needs and provide strategic advice.

  • Be a trusted partner for operations functions
  • Develop trusted working relationships with executives and senior leaders
  • Deeply understand stakeholder pain points and future needs

You'll develop the Business Systems and AI Enablement strategy, maintaining current knowledge of industry trends related to staff tooling (e.g., CRM, ERP). Be a thought leader in AI tools and staff AI enablement, developing options and business cases that balance cost and benefit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of industry trends related to staff tooling
  • Lead a globally dispersed team of approximately 30 people, located in multiple countries
  • Line manage, mentor, and support your team to drive performance and capability
  • Operate and support Business Systems, ensuring systems are available 24/7
  • Maintain constructive relationships with vendors and partners

You'll have extensive years of experience in Business Systems, leadership roles, and architecting, building, integrating, and operating SAAS solutions. You'll also have a passion for driving innovation in Business Systems and using the latest AI tools, as well as experience with the SalesForce ecosystem.
