Community Development Officer - Shire of Mundaring
6 Months Fixed Term
The Shire of Mundaring is seeking a dedicated and skilled Community Development Officer to join the Community, Culture and Visitor Experience team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

Key duties and responsibilities include :
Develop and deliver community engagement strategies and initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, stakeholders, and service providers.
Support the planning and evaluation of community development projects.
Promote equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness in all aspects of your work.
Prepare reports, potential funding submissions, and work within strategy deliverables.
Promote and support volunteering in line with Shire policy and procedures.
Knowledge of community funding programs such as SmartyGrants would be advantageous.
A salary in the range of $87,933 to $92,769 will be offered, dependent on skills, ability, and experience.
