About the Role

This community-based placement is a unique opportunity to support public housing tenants in remote Aboriginal communities. As a Thrive Case Officer, you will play a vital role in providing tenancy advice, case management, and education to residents.

  • Conduct home assessments and develop care plans tailored to families' needs.
  • Support clients with rental deductions, arrears management, and property maintenance reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, community members, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and program development.
  • Monitor and report on case progress against program KPIs to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tenancy advice and guidance to residents.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

About You

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Case management experience (preferred).
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and willingness to work closely with Aboriginal communities.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Current C or C-A class driver's licence.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products.
