Our Field Service team provides on-the-ground support to homes and businesses nationwide.
As a Trainee Field Technician, you will be a friendly face recognized by our communities as the hero keeping us all connected.

About the Role
As a Field Delivery Telecommunications Trainee, you will work with a mentor providing ongoing coaching and support during your traineeship.
You will gain hands-on experience activating and supporting telecommunications and technology products and services in homes and businesses.
You will participate in a diverse team environment to achieve optimal customer and commercial outcomes aligned with Telstra's values and strategy.
Positions are available across various locations.
Candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to the specified areas.
This is a fixed-term role for 12 months.

Current driver's license
Physical fitness for the role
Ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug screening
Ability to pass a police check

Qualifications
Training includes Telecommunication Technology Cert III and relevant certifications/licensing based on location.
