About the role
As a Field Delivery Telecommunications Trainee, you will work alongside a mentor providing ongoing coaching, support, and mentoring during your traineeship.
You will gain hands-on training delivering telecommunications and technology products and services in homes and businesses, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
You will participate in a diverse team environment to deliver optimal customer and commercial outcomes aligned with Telstra's values and strategy.

This is a Fixed-term role for 12 months.
Requirements & Attributes
Hold a current driver's license.
Be physically fit for the role.
Be able to undergo pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
Ability to undertake a police check.
Professional and polite communication skills.
Enjoy working in a team environment.
Maintain a positive attitude and safety-first approach.
Be technically minded.

Qualifications
As a Trainee Technician, you will receive Telecommunication Technology Cert III training during your traineeship, along with relevant certifications and licenses for your location.
No formal qualifications are necessary.
An assessment of language, literacy, and numeracy skills will be undertaken by an RTO.
