**The Role**:
As a Support Worker in Kudla, WA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**This client requires assistance with companion care and personal care for 12 hours per week. There are 3 options to select regarding shifts, all shifts starting from 11am onwards.**

**Option 1. Monday 3 hours, Tuesday-Thursday 2 hours, Friday 3 hours**

**Option 2. 3 hours per day across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday**

**Option 3. 4 hours per day across Monday, Wednesday and Friday**

**The successful applicant must be able to speak fluent Italian**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Must be trained in caring for those affected by Dementia
- Must be able to speak fluent Italian
