Real Estate Property Management Role

This role involves managing existing and new tenancies, establishing relationships with tenants and the regional landlord, accessing and interpreting ethical practice and legislation in real estate, working with real estate trust accounts.

Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance issues, reporting and following up with our Delta FM Maintenance team and/or subcontractors, processing applications promptly and efficiently, listing properties when they become available for rent, managing arrears, conducting entry and exit inspections, along with routine inspections, and reporting on other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is essential.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Property Management is a must.
  • A current drivers license is also required.

Strong systems knowledge across a range of software, particularly PropertyMe, is necessary. Additionally, excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks at any given time, are required. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, and a strong ability to problem solve and think outside the box are also essential.
