**One of our clients is looking for a Commercial Support Officer with Defence security clearance (NV1), based in Adelaide.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Commercial Manager develop and manage contracts and plans.
- Provide commercial advice and support to contract negotiations.
- Support the review and evaluation of non-technical contract documents
- Collate, analyse and report on commercial data on a routine and ad hoc basis.
- Provide support to the Commercial Manager to Monitor contractor compliance with contractual, legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks and ensure Commonwealth contact obligations are understood and adhered to.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to identify and manage contract interdependencies and cross contract impacts.
- Other tasks as directed by the Project/Program Executives.
