T&G Berries Australia is an operational JV between T&G Global and ROC Partners that is developing and operating 50 hectares of blueberry growing operations that utilise plant IP assets licensed by VentureFruit.

**About the opportunity**

We're seeking a **General Manager** to lead T&G Berries Australia. Reporting to the Managing Director of T&G Fresh and based in Wamuran (Queensland) this newly created role will;
- Lead strategic and commercial development for T&G Berries Australia
- Oversee the contracted orchard management company, ensuring optimum service performance under the farm management agreement
- Manage a profitable sales program for blueberries in conjunction with T&G Fresh Australia
- Develop and execute the supply and category plan for blueberries in Australia
- Prepare annual budget, forecast, and operating plans, and quarterly Board reports
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, compliance, and sustainability

**About you**
- 10 years' business management experience in the fruit growing industry in Australia
- Experience in fruit sales direct to retail and wholesale
- In-depth knowledge of fruit growing principles, ideally berryfruit
- Exceptional commercial acumen across strategy, planning, finance, and sales
- Strong people leadership and influencing capability
- Experience reporting and presenting at Board level
