We have an exciting opportunity to join our Front of House Team.

We offer the chance to work in a friendly team, with limited evening work and access to one of Queensland's best golf courses and boutique fitness centres.

**Key Duties**:

- **Lead the Team**: Inspire and guide the front-of-house team, setting the bar for exceptional service and positive atmosphere.
- **Serve with Style**: Oversee the preparation and delivery of food and beverage.
- **Event Setup**: Supervise the setup of restaurant and function rooms, ensuring timely and accurate arrangements for meetings and events.
- **Customer Care**: Be the go-to for guest queries, handling any issues swiftly to ensure a memorable experience.
- **Manage Daily Operations**: adjust staffing as needed and stay flexible to handle changes or busy periods.
- **Maintain High Standards**: Ensure the front-of-house areas are clean, organized, and in line with safety and service standards.
- **Develop the Team**: Support the training and development of new team members, helping everyone grow and succeed.

**Key Requirements**:

- A current QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
- Exceptional customer service skills as well as a positive attitude and strong work ethic
