The Star Brisbane is Australia's newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor position is a hands-on leadership role which will assist in the effective running of F&B outlets. The role will enable you to improve guest satisfaction by maintaining efficiency of service, general product and technical knowledge, and exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism. You will oversee and assist F&B Attendants to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the outlets are prepared and organised to meet business requirements.

A few of your responsibilities

- Supervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training and development needed for team members
- Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintained
- Ensure a high level of guest experience is always provided in the venues and is professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient
- Set specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flow
- Make recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximising revenue and minimising costs to meet company and division budgets

- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role, managing large teams with confidence and effectiveness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while juggling multiple tasks seamlessly
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Have 24/7 availability and adaptability to various scheduling needs
- Expertise in building rapport with a diverse range of guests, ensuring exceptional experiences for everyone
