**Role Overview**:
As the Data Lead for this HRIS project, you will take charge of the Data Migration/Analytics stream section/s. You will lead the design, development, and testing of all data extraction, transformation, and migration activities, ensuring the project's success. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, Implementation Partners, and the HRIS Project Team to achieve accurate and efficient data migration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Data Migration/Analytics stream of the HRIS project.
- Collaborate with Implementation Partners to develop data governance and migration strategy.
- Design, develop, and test data extraction, transformation, and migration activities and tools.
- Identify and manage business impacts from data migration, ensuring data accuracy.
- Document processes and procedures to streamline data migration methodology.
- Work with various teams to agree on data-related deliverables, timeframes, and acceptance standards.
- Identify data quality improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders for action.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Proven project experience in a similar role, with expertise in HRIS implementations and data migration processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading a data migration team in a large and complex environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with data owners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Advanced data analysis skills and complex problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work autonomously, self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm.
