Casual Multi-Site Retail Sales Associate (Beauty)

About Us
La Cosmetique is Australia's leading Korean beauty retailer, with stores across Sydney. We're passionate about delivering the best in K-Beauty and are looking for a flexible Casual Retail Team Member to support our stores across multiple locations.

The Role
This is a unique multi-site casual role. You will be scheduled across different stores each week (roster provided at least 1 week in advance). Shifts are 6-8 hours, 4-5 days per week, including weekends.might be in a location for a week or maybe multi location during the week, flexible.

Store locations include: Sydney CBD, Lidcombe, Edmondson Park, Blacktown, Castle Hill, and Rouse Hill. You'll work closely with each store team, providing excellent service and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised beauty advice.
- Assist with product demonstrations, upselling, and achieving daily sales targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards and attractive displays.
- Support store promotions, events, and marketing activities.
- Work as part of different store teams while ensuring consistency in service.

About You
- 1-2 years' retail experience (beauty industry highly regarded).
- Passion for skincare, cosmetics, and K-Beauty trends.
- Flexible availability (ideally 5 to 7-day availability, roster given 1 week ahead).
- Reliable and comfortable travelling to multiple store locations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and sales skills.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $33.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
