We're on the lookout for skilled Crane Operators to join our dynamic team.Picture yourself on a 19:9-day shift roster, flying in and out from Perth to Karratha, and immersing yourself in the heart of this monumental project.As a part of the Perdaman Project Ceres, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, contributing to the development of a state-of-the-art urea plant boasting a colossal capacity of 2.14 million tons per annum.

Together with our parent company, Webuild, we are delivering some of Australia's largest projects and have a record pipeline of upcoming opportunities.Who you are:A Crane Operator with experience in:Managing inbound freight, logistics, laydown, material transportExperience operating Franners and lifting 60 to 80 tonneExperience operating crane from 15-100TExperience operating crane ->260TDemonstrated experience working in collaboration with construction teams, engineers, and supervisors to move and position heavy materials, equipment, and structures.Your role will include:Minimum 5 years operator experience in a similar roleResponsible for safely and efficiently operating mobile crane equipment at construction sites, where heavy lifting is required.Maintain mobile plant safe working conditionsConduct daily pre-start inspectionsReporting of faults and anomalies with mobile machinery and equipment which require adjustment, maintenance or further investigation to ensure continued safe and efficient operationAdherence to established OH&S policy and procedures.Ensure a safe and efficient operation of machinery at all times.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.What you will bring to the team / Qualifications you will bring to the team (Mandatory):Current Australian Driver's LicenseC6 - Operation of a slewing mobile crane with a capacity of up to 60TC1 - Operation of a slewing mobile crane with a capacity of up to 100TFranner, Dogman/Rigger ticketsConstruction White/Blue CardEWP, Working at Heights tickets.Bridge Crane, Slinging/RiggingPick and Carry CranesAbility to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screenFull Working Rights in AustraliaClough's people enjoy benefits:Competitive hourly rateAttractive Weekly Project Incentive PaymentFull PPE provided.Opportunities for training and skills developmentOpportunities for growth and career advancementAccess to MATES In Construction training and programsMental health and wellbeing programsEmployee Assistance ProgramSocial Engagement OpportunitiesYou will be paid weekly
