**Office & Marketing Assistant**

**Location - Head Office**: Macquarie Park

**Work part-time**: (3 days to start)

**Roles and Duties**
- Assisting the office team with daily tasks
- Helping develop/ manage content for our social media marketing
- Assisting in the production of marketing materials and events
- and more

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent verbal, written grammar, and communication skills
- Flexibility to learn and take on new tasks
- Eye for detail
- Self-motivated and good time management
- Arts knowledge and interest
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

**Requirements**:

- Permitted to work in Australia
- Already residing in Australia

It would be great if you had:

- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Social media marketing experience: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Canva
- Bilingual language skills (Mandarin or Cantonese) are strongly preferred
