What you'll do

The Enablement Applications team is responsible for optimising a broad suite of software products, across project / programme management, collaboration and devops.

EnApps work closely with business users across the whole of Sky Group to ensure they have the right technology tools at their fingertips. It's a growing team who work closely with some of the most innovative technology suppliers in the world.

We bring the best from the global market into Sky - we buy technology, marketing, corporate, operational services and editorial production solutions. We are an international team working with our stakeholders our partners to curate the most effective and efficient customer-led operating model. High ethical standards are embedded in our team, and we engage our supply chains in crafting a sustainable future

What you'll do:

- Supervise key user training (both end users and local administrators)
- Oversee the advisor in managing vendor relationships and input where escalations are required e.g., if SLAs are not being met or if there are bugs that are impacting critical business processes
- Research new tools that can support Sky users in the Collaboration space and feed information back to the community effectively

What you'll bring:

- Experience in roles within technology group functions with a focus on day-to-day management of collaboration tooling
- Demonstrable problem solving/issue-resolution experience
- Experience in innovation and market analysis to understand which new tools can best support Sky Group to meet their business needs
- Stakeholder management experience
- Preferably end-to-end project management experience

Your office space

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.

Leeds

Our spacious tech hub is less than a mile from Leeds train station. There's plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.

Need a break? You can blow off steam over a game of pool or table tennis, and stay fit at our subsidised gym.

Livingston Watermark House

Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town centre. Plus there's onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.

You'll be well fed at our subsidised canteen, and you can keep in shape at our onsite gym - or play a game of pool or table tennis.

Brentwood

This location takes some beating: we're practically in Brentwood station, which has regular trains to London Liverpool Street. If you find it easier to drive, there's some onsite parking, while Chatham Way car park is a short walk away.

Thomas More Square

Our Tech, Product and Data teams sit across from Tower Bridge in the heart of Wapping. Tower Hill Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away, while Wapping and Shadwell train stations are 15 minutes away
