We are an eCommerce growing business with customer satisfaction at our centre. Our company's core values and culture allow motivated and hard working people to get opportunities for growth and career progression within.

We are looking for someone to supervise and lead our warehouse team as well as being hands-on in picking and packing daily orders, stock counts, and general warehouse organization, among other responsibilities.

Candidate needs to also have a forklift license.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience in a warehouse supervisory role, including managing a team.
  • WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) experience.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, including pick and pack or dispatch.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build business relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Good attitude and work ethic.
  • Organized, efficient, and trustworthy.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the warehouse team in all supervisory aspects.
  • Implement and follow all WHS processes and procedures.
  • Pick and pack daily orders for dispatch.
  • Conduct stock counts and stocktakes.
  • General warehouse organization.
  • KPI tracking.
  • Operate forklift as required.
  • Perform other supervisory tasks daily, weekly, and monthly.
