As the Manager, Portfolio Optimisation, you will be responsible for evaluation, design, and implementation of best practice business processes to improve service and business efficiency. They will be expected to analyse data related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes for Claims.

You will support design of future state workflow design across the enterprise. Additionally you will be focused on ensuring that appropriate levels of internal and external stakeholder engagement, overall portfolio management and providing technical support for resolution of escalated issues and incident management. To ensure high levels of consistent business performance and risk management and compliance.

Lead process review and redesign across targeted areas of the business to enable for more efficient and effective ways of working and measuring benefit realisation.

This position will also have a role in collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues representing various functional departments to achieve common objectives.
**Qualifications**
- At least 10 years' experience in a Claims Management, Technical or Managerial roles within Financial Services/Insurance Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Insurance (Preference given to Life Insurance experience).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent delivery skills. - Excellent relationship development, management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge of definitions of disablement and techniques for claims investigations.
- Project Management experience.
- Ability to manage, lead, influence and conflict resolve with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of Target Operating Models, Business Process Re-engineering management concepts & fundamentals.
- Strong risk and compliance knowledge.
- Evidenced Change implementation experience.
- Experience or understanding of working on an Agile development environment.
