Leading Asia Pacific Technology group requires a Permanent Portfolio Manager for their Sydney CBD office.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery you will be hands on and oversee the Portfolio / Project Office ensuring that all projects are delivered and met.

**On a daily basis you will**:

- Release management content planning and tracking deliverables.
- Program schedule and calendar maintenance
- Weekly focus, planning and comms (in consultation with Head of Delivery)
- Support delivery managers and manage issues and risks.
- Manage Strategic Initiative artefact production.
- SOW MSA establishment and maintenance
- Partner Account Management, meetings and building relationships.
- Contract Management
- Oversee onboarding new contractors, performance management and exits.
- Future resource planning and forecast needs based on initiatives and budget.
- Capacity planning and resource optimisation
- Contract resource budget setup and control
- Oversee invoicing & time sheeting and supporting the Program Administrator
- Project manage the delivery of program wide initiatives.

**To succeed in this role, you are**:

- Extensive experience in Portfolio / Project Management office experience.
- Knowledge of PMO processes, tools and best practices in an Agile Environment
- SAFe certified
- Relevant Project Management and PMO certifications - highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, supporting executive level reporting and communications.
- Proactive & flexible approach

**Public transport consisting of Buses, Trains and Trams are a 5-minute walk away.
