Key Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to maximise the performance of a boutique portfolio of Commercial & Industrial assets.

This key role will oversee the presentation, maintenance and compliance of the portfolio, building and maintaining close relationships with clients and tenants.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Effectively present, maintain and ensure compliance of the portfolio
  • Establish and nurture close relationships with clients and tenants
  • Assist clients with leasing of the portfolio, achieving and maintaining optimal occupancy levels
  • Prepare all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation
  • Proactively manage income and expenditure, as well as financial reporting requirements
  • Supervise tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with objectives
  • Communicate frequently with clients and tenants, providing timely relevant and professional advice

Qualifications include 8+ years' experience in Commercial &/or Industrial property management, including a thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology. A NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence is also required.
