**Accountabilities**:

- Staying abreast of current employment market trends and identifying new business opportunities, ensuring your market is mapped.
- New business development, targeting key clients in priority sectors
- Optimising GM in specified key accounts and industry verticals
- Taking the lead on identified key accounts
- Own Enterprise sales process and strategy
- Handover new clients to RM teams and monitor progress

- Connecting businesses with technology to deliver market-leading human results
- Disrupting a market

**Right now, you are**:

- A well-established and successful business development manager targeting the human resources sector looking for the next step in your career, or;
- An experienced senior-level business development manager looking to disrupt the market with a new offering or;
- In customer acquisition for another human capital, testing or recruitment organisation
