Flavorite Group is Australia's premier grower and marketer of flavoursome vine-ripened, glasshouse grown produce which is stocked in major supermarkets across Australia and overseas. Established in 1994, Flavorite is a family-operated business that maintains its competitive edge through constant innovation. With several farms located across Victoria, this role is based in Mansfield and currently employs up to 80 employees. This role will be part-time approximately 20 hours per week.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join the Victorian-based HR team. There will be an opportunity for the right person to broaden their role in the HR field as the business grows, so ideally this position will suit someone who is looking to extend their career in Human Resources.

The HR assistant role is responsible for performing administrative and HR tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Mansfield site.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Recruitment & selection activities
- Maintenance of various databases
- Coordinate orientation, training & probation process for new employees
- Employee and Contractor inductions
- Compile end of month reporting
- Administrative support to Managers
- Answering calls and directing farm visitors
- Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects as required
- Previous experience in an HR role or relevant training
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- High attention to detail
- Current drivers license
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft suite

This role will suit someone who is able to work autonomously and use their initiative.
