As part of our program, you'll receive necessary tools, TAFE accommodation and additional support if required.The roster is 7days on / 7 days off (Dayshift only)You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair of heavy mobile equipment across Northparkes' underground and surface operations.Key responsibilities:Assisting with servicing and repairing engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systemsDiagnose faults and repair mobile plant air conditioning systemsLearning to diagnose faults in mobile mining equipmentSupporting preventative maintenance and breakdown repairsMaintaining workshop housekeeping and safety standardsAttending TAFE and completing formal training requirementsCommitting to maintaining health, safety and security standardsDemonstrating behaviours aligned with Evolution Mining valuesAbout youYou are mechanically minded and passionate about working with vehicles and equipment.
You have completed or are completing Year 12, and hold a current Driver's Licence.
You are eager to learn, work safely, and contribute to a team that values excellence and respect.
You can communicate clearly, follow instructions well, and enjoy solving mechanical problems.
Whether through school, hobbies, or personal projects, you've shown initiative and a strong work ethic.
