Heavy vehicle apprenticeship opportunity in a friendly team

We offer an excellent chance to develop your skills in heavy vehicle mechanics, working with good hours Monday to Friday and some overtime on Saturdays.

As a 1st Year Heavy Vehicle apprentice, you will join our dynamic team at a reputable host employer based in St Marys. Our host organisation is a leading provider of heavy equipment sales and service solutions with multiple locations throughout Australia.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, including grease and oil changes,
• Replacing spark plugs,
• Servicing transmissions.

This workshop-based role offers the opportunity to work on various machinery, including push lawnmowers, construction equipment, Caterpillar equipment, backhoes, dozers, earthmoving, loaders, excavators, skid steers, compactors, graders, scrapers, tractors, and crawler machines.

Some of the brands you will work with include Takeuchi, Fiori, Toro, New Holland, and Terex.

**Requirements:**

• Possessing a driver's license (preferred)
• Displaying a genuine interest in the trade
• Holding a White Card before commencement.

• Demonstrating a good work ethic and attention to detail
• Exhibiting dedication and a willingness to learn
• Ability to follow direction well.
