**About your new role**:
This role will be situated in our **Legal Force** area of the business. Legal Force is a subsidiary of Credit Corp and provides specialised debt recovery services to Local Government and Statutory Bodies, including local councils.

As a Local Government, Senior Account Manager you will be working with multiple Local Government clients, managing accounts from the referral stage through to enforcement, communicating and making pragmatic legal recommendations for the best outcome.

**What your new job involves**:

- Manage outstanding accounts on behalf of our clients
- Managing inbound and outbound call activity
- Managing complex legal files
- Build and establish relationships with our customers and clients
- Creating positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions
- Problem solving and objection handling
- Uploading and processing legal documents
- Administration tasks and duties

**Who you are**:

**Essential Criteria**
- Must be available to work permanent full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
