**The Company**
In this role, you would be joining an established and reputable boutique professional financial services business based in QLD, which for decades has successfully worked with clients to capitalise and create opportunities. A refined environment, Eagle Street offices and working as part of a professional and high-performing workforce.

**About the role**
This role will report to the Head of HR and be a key member of the team. It is a role that is heavily relied upon to ensure the cycle of HR events such as remuneration reviews, benchmarking, performance management process, monthly HR Reporting and analytics, occur in an organised planned agenda.

**About you**
The best person to compliment the team is someone with personal drive and integrity, a professional manner who enjoys a corporate environment. You need to have the capability to influence and gain credibility with senior leaders and be able to build and develop good working relationships with the executive, business line leaders and the wider HR team. You come with strong analytical skills and sound understanding of remuneration and performance and a positive attitude focused on getting things done.

**To be successful**:

- Formal qualifications in HR or related disciplines essential
- HR Business Partner and remuneration experience
- Enjoy being in the office and physically part of a team
- Superior planning and organisation skills
