You'll be trusted to take ownership of a key area (or "pillar") of the venue — whether it's Customer Experience, Training & Development, Local Area Marketing, or Inventory Management — and grow it like it's your own.
You'll work alongside the Venue Manager to drive performance, inspire the team, and deliver next-level experiences for our customers.What You'll Be Doing:?? Take ownership of a core pillar of the venue and run with it?? Lead and motivate the team to deliver standout service?? Oversee daily operations, shift management, and team support?? Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance are always on point?? Train new team members and build a strong team culture?? Handle feedback with confidence and turn challenges into winsWhat We're Looking For:? 1+ year in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role? Someone who thrives on responsibility and takes initiative? Natural leadership skills with strong communication? Level-headed under pressure, with a passion for people?
