**About the Role**

**What you will be doing**:

- Develop and manage the development of Master Plans for infrastructure.
- Develop and manage the Asset Management Strategy, Policy and Plans for all classes of Assets.
- Oversee the valuations of all classes of assets annually for statutory financial reporting.
- Develop and implement Asset Management Plans for roads and parks.
- Manage the annual Capital Works Program and 10 Year Capital Works Program.
- Monitor and report on the delivery of the annual Capital Works Program.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Post Graduate qualifications in Engineering, Landscape Architecture or related field.
- NSW Drivers Licence - C Class
- Extensive knowledge and experience in local government engineering, asset and park management.
- Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation including Local Government Act and Roads Act.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in local emergency management including legislative responsibilities.

**Position details**:
Permanent full-time role, CN0077 Salary: Starting From $216K per annum inclusive of Superannuation + Car Allowance $28K (inclusive of Superannuation) + Civil Liability Allowance
