**What you will bring**- Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Project Planning.- Certifications in Business Planning, or Agile highly regarded- Training in Agile practices (workplace training acceptable)- Agile leadership capability - proven experience standing up Agile frameworks in a non-agile environment- Experience teaching, creating and managing agile methodology including Scums, Kanbans etc- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, JIRA, and Adobe- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships to influence change effectively- Experience driving change across a large organisation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment focused on delivery
