The Opportunity
  • Drive the continual development of our end-to-end integrated business planning process and supply chain management to embed best-in-class practices across the organization.
  • Act as a key business partner to commercial, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to instill best practice integrated business planning processes, behaviors, and tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Help drive the continual development of our supply chain management process to embed best-in-class practices across the organization.
  • Enhance planning processes and metrics to create a performance-driven mindset while delivering exceptional service and cost improvement.
  • Owntechnology and system roadmap for the planning function to explore opportunities for digital transformation and automation in supply chain processes.
  • Drive and champion integrated business planning maturity across the full cycle of monthly meetings for both companies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and assist in the execution of the integrated business planning process.
  • Build capability within the function to deliver an engaged, high-performing planning team aligned to the overall direction of the organization.
You'll need:
  • Hands-on experience with integrated business planning and sales and operations planning including setting up integrated business planning processes.
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
  • Ability to use data to tell a story to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience as a thought leader being able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Familiarity with global experience highly desirable.
  • A continuous improvement mindset to ensure we are best-in-class.
