**We are looking for a focused, service-minded and process driven individual to manage a small team of Valet Attendants for the Brisbane BMW dealership located in Fortitude Valley.**

We are looking for a well-presented and outgoing individual to promptly greet customers on their arrival to the dealership, and offer assistance with the parking of their vehicle. The position is also responsible for establishing the purpose of each customer's visit and directing them to the appropriate department and/ or staff member.

In this role you will be responsible for supervising, motivating and driving the valet team to ensure a positive customer experience that begins on arrival to the dealership.

**The responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to**:

- Developing and managing a process to allow for the efficient movement and location of vehicles across the various dealership locations.
- Ensuring all valet team members are presented and attend to their responsibilities in a professional manner.
- Manage and maintain a staff rostering system to ensure the Valet function is adequately resourced.
- Ensuring all customers are greeted in the driveway entrance and their vehicle is valet parked.
- Ensuring all customers are directed to the appropriate department/staff member, depending on the nature of their visit.

A clean and current drivers licence is an absolute must for this position.
