**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a **Trainee Sales Consultant**, to join our team in **Macarthur**. To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Developing excitement and passion around our products and department
- Meet monthly sales targets set by management
- Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brands, products and services and our competitor's products.
- Experience in the hospitality, customer service or automotive industry
- Sales focused and motivated to succeed
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- NSW Drivers licence
- Ability to work independently and within a team
