Front of House Team Member

Position: Front of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take orders accurately and deliver them efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer menu questions
- Manage reservations and waitlists when needed
- Handle bill payments and process transactions
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible availability, lunch preferred
