Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implementscalable technical solutions across Oracle Cloud HCM and bespoke enterprise systems
Build and enhanceintegrations and extensions using a variety of technology stacks and Oracle tools
Collaboratewith business and functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical designs
Work across thefull development lifecycle—from design through deployment
Ensuretechnical solutionsare secure, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards
Lead and contributeto the design and delivery of large-scale or complex systems, identifying risks and interdependencies across systems
Provide technical expertiseacross Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a strong focus on Core HR
This role is internally referred to as Senior Engineer - ERP.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula and Security, along with strong database skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Proven experience in designing, developing and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules that are secure and scalable using various technology stacks
Strong application knowledge on Core HR and at least one other HCM module
Experience in design and delivery of large or complex designs that enable the roadmap vision and deliver desired qualities while identifying and developing recommendations that mitigate risks and dependencies that may impact interoperability across systems
Good knowledge of Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite), particularly Core HR, Payroll, SSHR modules along with a deep understanding of related business processes is preferred
