**About the Role**

Working across Joondalup Health Campus' Non-Admitted Service Clinics, you will be responsible for supporting clinical staff by performing all administrative functions and providing exceptional customer service.

**Your role will also involve, but is not limited to**:

- Ensuring all patient activity is captured accurately within the Patient Administration systems
- Receiving and receipting cash and payments as required
- Performing Medicare Online billing, private billing, receipting and report processing as required
- Supporting clinical staff in relation to clerical functions
- Attending to telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as required by the Non-Admitted Services Coordinator or delegate.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Genie.

**Remuneration**: Level 2 position. On offer is a base hourly rate of $32.83 + superannuation and levels of experience + qualifications
