**About the role**

The **Graduate Communications & Engagement Consultant** will support the engagement processes, community consultation activities with property owners, community members, Councils, and industry groups.

This role is ideal for a graduate or an undergraduate of communications, public relations, and journalism and is open to a full-time or part-time arrangements for someone who is still studying.

Based in our Kingsgrove office, this position also offers some flexibility, working from home on a 50 / 50 basis, following the training period.

**What you'll be doing**
- Provide advice and information to stakeholders to answer queries and resolve complaints.
- Develop quality communications materials (written and verbal)
- Create engaging public documents for a wide range purposes and audiences (e.g. newsletters, factsheets, advertisements, flyers, display boards, notifications, social copy, web copy, and presentations)

**About you**
- Relevant graduate or undergraduate degree in Communications
- Familiarity with communication tools such as communication plans, fact sheets and social media
- Outstanding writing skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
- A talent for listening and communicating with people to help resolve complex problems
- A positive outlook and a collaborative approach
