Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

**About the role**

You will bring Movember's key digital performance channels to life by working closely with Social Media Managers, Product Managers, Content Specialists, Country Marketing Managers, and external partners (where required) to support the planning and delivery of paid social media advertising, paid search advertising, and SEO.

This is a permanent full-time position with the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your work between home and our Richmond office.

**You'll have the opportunity to**
- Develop strategic performance marketing plans for Movember's campaigns and programs
- Create, optimise, and manage campaigns across paid search advertising (SEM) and paid social media advertising
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to produce high-quality web pages that receive organic search traffic
- Perform keyword research using PPC and SEO tools to find new content opportunities
- Troubleshoot ad ops related activity including tracking, tagging, analytics and first party data management
- Attend occasional stakeholder meetings to discuss ideas, improvements, and marketing strategies
- Perform monthly budget reconciliation against actuals/spend again invoices across paid advertising platforms
- Develop post-campaign analysis reports and fulfil ad hoc data requests that include useful insights and recommendations for the organisation
- Advise all areas of the organisation on approach to performance tactics, reporting, targeting and tracking - specific to each digital channel

**For this role, you'll need**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role managing paid media and working on a global brand
- Experience managing media budgets and budget reconciliation
- Strategic and creative thinking - always focusing on innovative but measurable solutions
- Proven ability to drive SEM, SEO and paid social media results
- Project management skills and experience with the ability to deliver on time and budget
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Above average attention to accuracy and detail, with strong organisational skills

**Bonus points for**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communication, IT, arts, business, or related discipline
- Previous experience working in fundraising or in NFP marketing
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager and Datorama
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS coding language
- Knowledge of programmatic, video and podcast advertising
