Join to apply for the Performance Marketing Specialist role at DrivaJoin to apply for the Performance Marketing Specialist role at DrivaDescriptionWe're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to lead paid acquisition efforts across SEM, paid social, and other performance channels, driving qualified leads through media buying, experiments and conversion rate optimisation.Department: GrowthLocation: SydneyDescriptionWe're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to lead paid acquisition efforts across SEM, paid social, and other performance channels, driving qualified leads through media buying, experiments and conversion rate optimisation.What you will doIncrease qualified lead conversions across key platforms (SEM, paid social and other performance marketing channels)Conduct data analysis, hypothesise outcomes, develop optimisation strategy and roadmap projectsRun, manage and optimise A/B and multivariate tests for landing pagesCoordinate with stakeholders including creatives, engineers and product managersCreate and communicate weekly reports on paid channel performanceSupport various product teams in building performance marketing specialty in the organisationFocus on international markets, understanding various audiences, ad platforms/channels and cultural nuancesManaging occasional website updates and other growth ops related tasksWhat we are looking forHands-on experience running and optimising paid campaigns, with a focus on SEMStrong knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution (GTM, GA, Meta Pixel, etc.)Comfortable working independently, analysing data and managing cross-functional inputsYou're excited to work in a startup, where you have plenty of autonomy to work towards ambitious goals, yet you'll still have support and guidanceLove getting into the technical weeds - terms like conversions API, ROI, ROAS and incrementality are familiar and top of mindCurious and sweat the details, you won't leave a question or hypothesis alone until you arrive at a reasonable answer and you know executing well on the small details is everythingNice to havePrevious experience running landing page A/B testsUnderstanding of how to use LLMs in performance marketingBenefitsHybrid Work Model: We'll support your commute with an allowance to cover travel expenses for in-office days.
