- Skout Solutions is the internal recruitment partner for Ventia. We recruit for a wide variety of office and site-based roles across industries including Resources, Construction, Infrastructure & Facilities Management, Logistics, Justice, and Defence.
- About the Role
- You'll be recruiting primarily across blue-collar roles—ranging from Kitchen Hands, Trade Assistants and Labourers through to Site Supervisors and Engineers. This is a hands-on sleeves environment where adaptability, clear communication, and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.
- To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Solid experience running and growing a blue-collar temp desk in a fast-paced agency or internal setting.
- Strong administration and compliance focus with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the resilience to thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in recruitment systems, databases, and technology.
- A motivated, hardworking approach and a genuine passion for supporting the frontline workforce.
