Role Overview
As the Customer Service Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support across a range of operational activities. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing data and documentation with precision, and ensuring timely and professional communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive and professional customer service via phone, email, and other channels
Support administrative processes, including documentation and data management
Assist in coordinating activities related to installations, assessments, and rebate programs
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution
Uphold confidentiality and comply with organisational policies and standards
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a call centre or similar environment
Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of energy efficiency, trades, or related industries (desirable)
