Are you ready to drive financial excellence within a leading provider of management and construction solutions? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Analyst to join our client's team, a prominent figure in the energy, water, mining, oil, and gas sectors.

This role is a pivotal part of the team, offering business partnering and commercial support to ensure the best financial outcomes for operations across regional Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Operational leadership team to provide commercial support, enhancing project profitability and identifying efficiency opportunities.
- Engage in detailed job costing, forecasting, and budgeting to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize your analytical skills to deliver insights through board and executive management level project and KPI reporting.
- Play a crucial role in the maintenance and evolution of cost models and financial reporting systems, including Excel and Power BI.
- Support the CFO and Finance Manager in group-level financial tasks, contributing to the integrity and improvement of financial systems and methodologies.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Accounting is strongly desired, complemented by 3-4 years of post-graduate commercial experience.
- Proven experience in engaging with senior management and a solid understanding of business management within the specified industries.
- Exceptional analytical, commercial modelling, and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with business intelligence tools.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships across various levels of the organization.
