**Job Description**:
Toll Group are seeking a motivated Transport Support Officer to join our team at our Kewdale bulk dangerous goods site. This role will support three contracts across the operation and will be an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone with little experience but willing to learn and develop their skills in transport.

This position will be Monday - Friday, with some weekend support work required. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in transport and logistics with a leading company in the industry. As a Transport Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the transport team in day-to-day activities, including but not limited to:

- Coordinating and communicating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Scheduling and dispatching deliveries and pickups.
- Assisting with administration tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for someone with:

- A qualification, or equivalent experience in transport and logistics.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on customer service and team work.
- A willingness to learn and develop their skills.
