This role supports quality and continuous improvement within the organisation.

This includes areas of compliance and accreditation; policy, procedure and forms; corporate document management; process and systems improvement; and non-technical aspects of the organisation's intranet.

Administrative co-ordination and substantial writing and content management is also involved.

**Desired skills and experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least one to two years relevant work experience; or substantial equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience in quality assurance, process improvement and document control.
- Strong written communication skills and experience in corporate document development in a confidential environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to research, plan, collaborate and problem solve, and set and achieve outcomes with a focus on detail and complex administration tasks.
- Skills in Microsoft Office SharePoint or ability to acquire.
