About the Role:We are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Finance and Insurance Manager who is a true team player and ready to assist us in our continued sales growth across the business.You will be responsible for managing the Finance & Insurance sales and transactions for your dealerships and have a strong ability to make and maintain great relationships with customers and business partners.Key responsibilities:Primarily you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets.Driving the performance of all Finance and Insurance Products available to you through our Financial Services, and other Finance Partners, Pursuing profitable growthIdentify new opportunities – customer prospectingMaintaining relationships with new and existing customersMaintaining relationships with Finance agents and insurersProvide the best customer experience possible.To succeed in the role, you need:1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.Strong teamwork skills and a natural sales ability to help customers realize their vehicle ownership and protection dreams.Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment.Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership.Our Commitment to you:Generous and rewarding remuneration prospectsInclusive and supportive work cultureFully maintained company vehicle or car allowanceTraining, bespoke to our Finance and Insurance team needsDiscounted Bupa Private Health InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Exclusive discounts with our Samsung Partnership ProgramDiscounted Gym membershipsThis position would be suited to a candidate who is keen to join a progressive company, a high achiever, with fantastic customer service experience, and a great work ethic.
