**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute local social media strategies across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as PR and external agencies to create and execute influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations with relevant businesses to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Localise global marketing strategies and adapt them to meet the needs of specific regions.
- Manage and grow social media channels, including content creation, community management, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, negotiate partnerships, and manage campaigns from start to finish.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform social media, influencer, partnership, and brand campaign strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets for social media, influencer, partnership, and brand campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media, influencer, partnership, and brand campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, and brand campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, and brand campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media, influencer, partnership, and brand campaigns that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them to drive engagement and conversions.
- Experience managing and negotiating partnerships with relevant businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work cohesively with a global team
