You'll create programs, resources, and experiences that accelerate adoption, deepen product knowledge, and ensure our customers realise measurable value from day one.You'll play a pivotal role in the customer experience—shaping how our customers learn, grow, and succeed with our platform.
If you love creating impactful digital learning experiences and want to see your work directly improve customer outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.What will keep you busy...Design and deliver engaging digital onboarding journeys tailored to different customer segments and rolesCreate interactive learning content, guides, and resources that simplify complex workflows and drive product confidenceAlign training with key product releases and customer success prioritiesAnalyse usage and feedback data to continuously improve content effectiveness and learning outcomesCollaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless learning experienceDevelop scalable programs that enable customers to achieve business outcomes fasterLead virtual training sessions and webinars to complement self-paced learningWhat we'd love to see from you...Experience in customer enablement, onboarding, or digital learning, ideally in B2B SaaSProven experience creating and delivering engaging digital learning programs at scaleStrong instructional design skills and familiarity with adult learning principlesProficiency with eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and video production / editing toolsAbility to translate complex product features into simple, outcome-focused contentData-driven mindset to measure impact and iterate programsCollaborative approach with excellent communication and facilitation skillsOur Culture & BenefitsAt MYOB our values are at the heart of everything we do.
