**About the role**

Homecraft Textiles - **St James**, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant/Online Order Processor/Store Person. We provide a supportive environment with development opportunities.

As a Team Member, you will:

- Assist customers in-store with their purchases, and general POS (point of sale) duties.
- Process and package online orders.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, re-stocking from the warehouse.
- Customer service support.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- General Housekeeping.

**About You**

Previous experience in retail sales and customer service desired.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Interest in Fabrics and Textiles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manual handling stock.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends if desired.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using various online tools and software.

**Job Types**: Casual, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 48 per week
