**Stock Coordinator Role**
We are seeking a driven and analytical Stock Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Chadstone Boutique, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently executing multi-channel order fulfillment, while supporting all stock-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and dispatch orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage expedited and hand-delivery services.
- Maintain pristine stockroom organisation and efficiency for the sales team.
- Oversee deliveries, transfers, recalls and stock consolidations.
- Conduct stock investigations, mini stock takes and assist with annual stocktakes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in stock coordination, logistics or retail operations.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to accuracy, client experience and brand presentation.
