**About the role**

Reporting to the **AMG Systems and Reliability Manager**, you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing our mobile mining fleet performance to identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities that refine our safety, productivity, downtime, and cost.

This position will be based at our world-class head office in Osborne Park on a Monday to Friday roster but will require ad-hoc travel to site.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Leading a loss elimination program for critical fleets across the business
- Identifying drivers of acute and chronic events impacting fleet performance
- Managing targeted performance improvement projects across mobile mining fleets
- Working with OEM and internal stakeholders on problems impacting the mobile fleet
- Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Maintenance work
- Providing support on improvement of Work Management and Maintenance Strategies
- Leverage data and analytics from Asset Health and Condition Monitoring
- Supporting mobile mining equipment Asset Health and Reliability processes

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Trade certificate or tertiary qualification in Engineering discipline
- 5+ years Reliability Improvement experience on mobile mining fleets
- Strong experience on mobile asset performance analysis and loss elimination process
- Extensive knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (RCA, PDCA, DMAIC)
- Extensive knowledge of Reliability Maintenance Systems (CMMS)
- Sound knowledge of Lifecycle Management and Work Management process
- Sound understanding of Asset Health and Condition Monitoring process
- Sound understanding of Lifecycle Management, and Maintenance Strategies
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Power BI (Desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
