Reliability Maintenance Coordinator

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role focused on supporting the Asset Management Group by maintaining equipment reliability and ensuring operational continuity. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all external repairs to AMG rotable and supplier exchange components, identifying and implementing process improvements, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing and reviewing planned offsite equipment rebuilds and repairs, providing internal technical support, conducting regular review meetings with suppliers, and ensuring components are repaired to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate external repairs to AMG rotable and supplier exchange components
  • Identify and implement process improvements for external repairs of AMG rotable components
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee and review planned offsite equipment rebuilds and repairs
  • Provide internal technical support regarding AMG equipment and components
  • Conduct regular review meetings with suppliers
  • Ensure components are repaired to required standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance of surface and ancillary mining equipment onsite, and coordination/management of repairs and rebuilds to rotable components and equipment
  • Mechanical Trade Qualification
  • Experience and training in failure analysis (FA1 & FA2 preferable)
